Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 3, 2026

The short version

We are a two-person game studio, not a data company. We collect as little as possible, we sell nothing, and we show no ads. This page explains the little we do collect, in plain words.

What this website collects

Anonymous analytics. This site uses Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It is aggregated and anonymized — no cookies for tracking, no advertising identifiers, no profiles of you.

Email you send us. If you write to us at hello@peloria.studio, we receive your email address and whatever you wrote. We use it only to reply and to tell you about the game if you asked us to.

What Delivery Disaster collects

Nothing personal. The game has no accounts, no ads, no in-game purchases and no third-party tracking. Save data and settings are stored locally on your own device. If any of this ever changes, we will update this policy before the change ships and say so loudly in the devlog.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party ad trackers on the site or in the game. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

Children

Our site and game do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

The only personal data we could possibly hold about you is email you sent us. Email hello@peloria.studio any time to ask what we have, or to have it deleted, and we will do it.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to serve the site securely — see Vercel’s own privacy policy for details. If you get the game from a store platform (such as Steam or the Epic Games Store), that platform’s privacy policy applies to your account and purchase there.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Meaningful changes get a devlog post too.
